Integralia launches a series of publications focused on women’s professionalism, commitment and excellence
The Integralia team is aware that the transport sector has historically been a predominantly male environment. However, it is aware that talent knows no gender and that more and more women are bringing professionalism, commitment and excellence to this industry.
Women have gradually been gaining presence in all links of the value chain of the automotive sector in Spain, currently occupying 20% of the positions, according to the survey carried out by the Spanish Association of Automotive Suppliers (Sernauto). This figure reflects a gradual and silent transformation, although the presence of women in such an important sector for the national economy is still a minority.
Aware of this reality, Integralia has decided to launch a series of publications in which to give a voice to women who play an active role in the sector, with the aim of learning about their careers, experiences and contributions.
Through these interviews, Integralia seeks not only to highlight the role of these professionals, but also to inspire new generations and encourage a broader view of the industry. Because Integralia believes that every story adds up, and these women have a lot to tell.
