At the beginning of the month, ALSA received training from Integralia at its headquarters in Santander. Some of the staff of one of the main transport companies in Spain were able to learn more about the new T-ONE Urban vehicles, thanks to the didactic work carried out by the sales manager in Spain of Integralia Movilidad. Efrén Rodríguez focused most of his explanations on the T-ONE Urban for 25 passengers plus driver, an innovative minibus designed to improve the efficiency and comfort of urban transport.
Integralia Movilidad, committed to excellence in the transport service, has developed T-ONE Urban with advanced equipment features and a state-of-the-art management and control system, known as IBBC. This system is essential for daily operations, optimising the experience for both drivers and passengers. Specifically, this Integralia model allows the transport of 25 people (12 seated and 13 standing), thus offering a versatile and compact solution, ideal for urban and suburban journeys.
Professional driver training
The training day was divided into two sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to accommodate a total of twelve ALSA drivers and three internal trainers from the Cantabrian company, who received specialised training so that they could, in turn, instruct other drivers in the future. Five drivers took part in the morning session, while the afternoon session was attended by seven more.
The training covered aspects such as:
- T-ONE Urban equipment: The interior and exterior design of the vehicle was explained in detail, highlighting features that enhance passenger safety and comfort. In addition to some key aspects of the vehicle such as seating ergonomics, standing passenger restraint systems and access facilities.
- IBBC operation: Integralia’s system is an advanced tool that allows drivers to have full control over the vehicle’s functions, and a practical demonstration of its use was given, including real-time diagnostics, energy management, and active and passive safety systems.
The incorporation of T-ONE Urban 25+C vehicles into the ALSA fleet, with an initial delivery of four units for the Castro Urdiales route, represents a significant step towards the modernisation of urban transport. This effort not only reflects ALSA’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, but also Integralia Movilidad’s commitment to offering solutions that adapt to the specific needs of each customer.
Continuous training and technological updating are essential to maintain high quality standards in the transport service. With this training, ALSA and its drivers are better equipped to face the challenges of urban transport, guaranteeing safety, efficiency and user satisfaction.
