The company from Huesca acquires a T-ONE XL PBS with 19 seats for school services.
Sobrarbe is a region located in the high Pyrenees of Huesca, whose capital is the municipality of Aínsa. Aínsa is a charming village between the rivers Ara and Cinca, which often tops the rankings of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Its attraction? A medieval old quarter built in the 12th century to protect the County of Sobrarbe, declared a historic-artistic site in 1965. Moreover, Aínsa is much more than this, as it is surrounded by a unique environment.
In this magical enclave in the Pyrenees, Paulino Bergua Lecina and his son Arturo Bergua Fes created Autocares Bergua in 1950. Their descendants have continued with the company, which maintains its headquarters in the town of Aínsa. From there, a large fleet of vehicles is operated to meet different mobility needs, from mountain tourism to school routes or other types of services.
Autocares Bergua’s relationship with Integralia began in 2015, when the company from the province of Huesca purchased its first minibus from the Navarrese coachbuilders. “Since then we have always trusted Integralia”, says Rafael Bergua, who is now at the head of the family company, as well as chairing Zona Zero Pirineos. “Integralia has become a first class partner for us because it adapts to our needs with an incredible response capacity. We understand each other very well and, above all, we highly value their after-sales service, which gives us great confidence and speed in the event of any unforeseen event”, he concludes.
Since they began their journey together, Autocares Bergua has added four more Integralia units to its fleet of minibuses. All the vehicles acquired by the company, which are manufactured in Pamplona, have been adapted to the specific needs that were demanded at the time and which, on many occasions, have been focused on cycle touring, a very popular activity in the Sobrarbe-Aínsa region. In any case, all the minibuses are designed to transport small groups on long routes and in more inhospitable rural areas.
The latest delivery from Integralia to Autocares Bergua has been a 19-seater T-ONE XL PBS adapted for passengers travelling in wheelchairs, which is aimed at school and bus services and, occasionally, cycle touring. The minibus has already started to travel on the roads of the Sobrarbe region, a rural paradise of history lovers.
