Bidaideak has chosen Integralia to renew its transport service for people with reduced mobility

The Basque support organisation for people with functional diversity entrusts Integralia with the supply of six adapted vehicles.

Integralia has already delivered to Bidaideak six adapted vehicles of its T-ONE model designed for the transport of people with reduced mobility. The Bilbao entity is committed to improving its fleet of minibuses, once again placing its trust in the bodywork company from Navarre, its benchmark supplier for this type of vehicle.

Bidaideak is a Basque organisation that works to improve the quality of life of people with functional diversity. Through its ATERIK-ATE service, it provides adapted transport for this group, and its latest order to Integralia is for this purpose.

Experts in adapted vehicles

Since its origins, Integralia has been linked to promoting accessibility in the mobility sector. The company’s first vehicles were Eurotaxis, i.e. a taxi service adapted for people with reduced mobility, which is why the Navarrese company has been focused on improving accessibility since its beginnings.

On this occasion, Bidaideak has acquired a total of six T-ONE vehicles adapted for a maximum of four wheelchairs plus six passengers and driver. Regarding the engine, the vehicle is mounted on a Mercedes Sprinter with 517 horsepower and automatic gearbox. Access is via a platform lift at the rear of the minibus from where it is possible to reach the front of the T-ONE’s interior. In addition, the front entrance of the vehicles also has handholds on both sides to make it easier for passengers with mobility problems to hold on to both sides of the stairs and thus climb more easily.

The relationship between Bidaideak and Integralia has been marked from the outset by trust in Integralia vehicles, their durability and the quality of customer service. These factors have enabled the company from Navarre to become a benchmark supplier of adapted minibuses for the Basque organisation.
