Integralia has once again obtained ISO 9001 certification, which complements other internal and external audits of the company to guarantee the manufacturing process of all its minibuses. The production of these vehicles involves a homogeneous, standardised manufacturing process with specific mechanisms that prevent possible deviations when industrialising the product. Specifically, ISO 9001 covers each and every one of the processes involved in a company to ensure that there are no improvised solutions or unforeseen ways of working.
Improving quality
Achieving these quality seals is considered a key point within Integralia. All the company’s departments believe that processes that involve critical thinking and reflection are the basis for the continuous improvement of which the Navarre-based company is convinced.
Integralia’s quality system was implemented in 2006, since then it has been renewed in accordance with the successive updates of the standard. Its Approvals Department works hand in hand with its customers, suppliers, technical services and workers on possible points for improvement.
