The company sponsors for the first time the Basque team: Bidaideak Bilbao Basket Silla de Ruedas.
Integralia closes a sponsorship agreement, this time with Bidaideak Bilbao Basket Silla de Ruedas, one of the leading clubs in Europe and a true benchmark in wheelchair basketball. The club has a history of numerous high-level competition titles, being current champion of the Copa del Rey Wheelchair Basketball, winner of the League in 2021 and winner of the Euroleague in 2019, among others.
The Bilbao team aspires to continue to be a respected team, a candidate for everything, and “to continue to increase interest in this sport among the population”, according to its president, Txema Alonso. Bidaideak, coached by Adrián Yáñez for the fourth consecutive season, has for this new season, in addition to the solid block that has cemented its squad over the last few years, the youngster Unai Labiano and a truly luxury addition: the Canadian Patrick Anderson, one of the best players in the history of this sport.
“The aim of this alliance is to promote wheelchair basketball, bringing adapted sport even closer to people with disabilities,” said Óscar Lana, CEO of Integralia. As a leading company in the design and manufacture of minibuses adapted for wheelchair users, Integralia has always supported adapted sport as a key element for a more inclusive society. The Navarre-based company sees this new agreement as a further step in this direction.
