The bodywork company from Navarre is once again starting up its engines to reconnect with the companies it works with.
The health crisis has led to a social distancing and, as a result, companies have had to reinvent their commercial relations and make use of technology in order to be close to their customers. The pandemic has revolutionised relations between customers and suppliers all over the world.
Integralia has never ceased to be at its customers’ side, whether in person or online. Now the Navarrese coachbuilder has restarted its engines to get back on the road. It wants to meet again in person with all the companies it works with, find out about the needs of its customers and, of course, open the door to all those who are interested in finding out about the advantages of any minibus created by Integralia.
Integralia’s good positioning in the French market
France has always been a strong market for Integralia. As the journey in the neighbouring country has been a long one, business relations are currently very good. “We don’t have to present our product to the French, they know it and they are aware of what we offer our customers”, says Rafael Blanco, sales advisor for the south of France. “Integralia’s image is closely linked to the durability of its minibuses, which is a great start when you want to propose solutions. In addition, the technological-innovative factor that we work so hard on in our minibuses is highly valued”, says Sufian Fadil, sales consultant for the north of France.
As an anecdote, in one of the last trips made by the team of Integralia, a company specialised in passenger transport for the French Way of St. James, needed to renew one of its vehicles in a very tight timeframe. “They have known us for years and have several vehicles in their fleet created in-house. When we got in touch with them again, we ended up placing the order”, explains Rafael Blanco.
Nobody at Integralia is in favour of forgetting everything they have learned in the past few years thanks to the pandemic. The telephone and video calls are here to stay, but lntegralia wants to go further and hopes to be able to get even closer to its customers so that distance is not an impediment to understanding their needs.
