Integralia closes the year thanking customers for their trust and the team for their hard work
2024 was like running completely in the dark, with a spotlight on your head and a map to guide you. We knew where we had to go and how we could get there. However, we had nothing around us to assure us that the journey could be accomplished.
The instability of markets, commodities and global geopolitics affect our daily lives more than we imagined five years ago. The turbulent world in which we live makes forecasts more and more difficult to meet each year, because the stability in which we live on the outside sometimes creeps into our future.
I won’t wait any longer to tell you how that race in the dark went, because you are witnesses to what happened: we reached the finish line safe, sound and happy. On top of that, we can call 2024 a good year. Of course, it has not been as good as it could have been, but we should not complain because the results have been positive. The forecasts for 2025 are similar, so we are confident that we will continue along the line we have been setting and, little by little, move forward thanks to the trust of our customers and the support of the entire Integralia team. Despite the fact that instability is still on the map.
Two 2024 milestones: equipment and innovation
One of the points where we are most satisfied is with the team. Without each and every one of the professionals who make up this company, we would not be able to design, manufacture and sell the minibuses that our customers need. In this task we are more and more every day. Since the end of the pandemic, the Integralia team has grown by 90%.
Thanks to this commitment to people, we have been able to launch another of the milestones of which I am most proud in 2024. The Government of Navarre has trusted us to develop the Moverte innovation project, an opportunity to demonstrate that we are capable of creating creative and effective solutions to solve mobility problems.
The horizon of 2025 once again looks dark in terms of factors external to the business. Now we can recognise that in that darkness we have already shown that we know how to move well. We have a focus in our heads, a map and the best team we have ever had in our 25 years. The race is on!
